A hospital board’s role in Just Culture shapes how safety, accountability and learning show up across the entire organization. This webinar gives board members a clear, practical understanding of the governance responsibilities that influence reporting, transparency and the environment clinical teams work in every day.

Each governance education short is less than 20 minutes, making them an easy addition to a Board meeting agenda. In addition to the videos, there are facilitator guides to promote further discussion and engagement among Board members.

For hospital board members working to earn their Health Care Governance certification, each video counts as one credit towards the certification. Follow the instructions below to ensure you receive your credits.

1. Login to the Governance Education Portal at governanceducation-wsha.talentlms.com
2. Go to the Course Catalog
3. Click on the Course Name (Category: Governance Education Shorts)
4. Press the play button to watch the recording
5. IMPORTANT! Press the “Complete” button after watching the recording to log the credit to your account
